Internship Legal Operations

Support the ongoing digitization and project management initiatives within the Legal Department, ensuring efficient processes and high quality data management.
We're looking for an intern who can start as soon as possible for three - six months
RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
DIGITALIZATION PROJECTS
You'll support the implementation and rollout of digital tools and solutions within the legal department, as well as the migration and development of legal tools. You'll also assist with the redesign and harmonization of our automated legal templates, including formatting. You'll participate and help with various projects, e.g. supporting AI tools for contract review, supporting the process for handling legal requests, AI-powered contract review.
DATA QUALITY & STANDARDIZATION
You'll help ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across legal tools and our legal intranet presence. This includes assisting with regular data monitoring and supporting the maintenance of high standards for data used in legal processes.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In this internship, you'll proactively support the team by conducting user testing and creating and maintaining relevant training materials.
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
In this internship, you'll participate in the Legal Archive Physical Cleanup project to shred outdated physical files and ensure compliance with legal retention requirements.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Advanced undergraduate students. Currently enrolled as a full-time student in at least the third semester of a business, law, or IT-related major
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Above-average Microsoft Office skills (especially Word and Excel)
- Understanding of technical concepts and legal issues and contract templates
- Structured work style
- Motivation to work in a team environment with the ability to communicate effectively
- Fast learner
