Acting as key legal business partner for relevant Headquarter departments of the Red Bull Group with a special focus on Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain topics. Provision of strategic and day to day legal advise as well as evaluation and management of legal risks.

PROFESSIONAL, SOLUTION-ORIENTED AND TIMELY LEGAL GUIDANCE/ ADVICE:
You´ll provide expert guidance on various legal topics and will ensure that legal risks are effectively identified and managed. You will also ensure that our business practices align with legal standards and industry regulations.
NEGOTIATION, TEMPLATE DRAFTING, TRAINING AND REVIEW:
Ensure that agreements are well-crafted and aligned with Red Bull’s legal best practices. To achieve that, you will: draft, review and negotiate international contracts in various areas of the Red Bull beverage business; develop and revise templates and legal guidelines on a global level in alignment with Red Bull’s Area Legal Counsels; provide trainings on reoccurring legal matters and educate the business department members to solve legal questions autonomously; manage legal issues and provide updates on substantial legal matters at HQ; handle important litigation and settlements.
LEGAL ADVICE ON OPERATIONS AND COMMERCIAL MATTERS:
You´ll deliver professional legal advice on operations and commercial topics and will draft and negotiate international (framework) agreements with our international customers/partners. Together with our Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain department and other selected HQ departments you will assess international trends and develop strategies to effectively handle them. Whenever necessary you will align with internal stakeholders such as Tax, Finance, HR, Compliance.
RESERACH & DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY:
Furthermore, you´ll provide comprehensive legal advice in research & development topics by utilizing your knowledge and expertise to support the company’s innovation initiatives.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or international company, with a proven track record in handling complex international contracts, negotiations and commercial issues.
- Law degree from a reputable university, bar exam and additional post-graduate degree are advantageous. Extensive experience in general civil, commercial and contracting law.
- Background in Research & Development or a related area is advantageous.
- Excellent command of the English and German language both written and spoken, with exceptional contract negotiation skills.
- Understanding of and interest in commercial/business topics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive, practical, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple matters in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
- Solution-oriented, pro-active team player that pays attention to details. Ability to proactively assist internal clients and provide innovative solutions.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.446,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
