Vom ersten Tag an lernst du in unserem kleinen familiären Team die verschiedensten Bereiche und Aufgaben einer guten Büroorganisation in der Praxis kennen. Neben der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, der Erstellung von Angeboten und Übernahme von organisatorischen Arbeiten, erledigst du auch wichtige Vorarbeiten für unsere Buchhaltung und die Lohnverrechnung und lernst die betrieblichen Zusammenhänge kennen. Auch Einblicke und Aufgaben in Bereiche des Marketings sowie Digitales Arbeiten sind Teil dieses Lehrberufs. Daneben erhältst du natürlich auch einen guten Einblick in die verschiedenen und vielfältigen Geschäftsbereiche des Maschinenrings. Du bist in deinem Joballtag regelmäßig in Kontakt mit unseren Mitarbeiter*innen, Dienstleister*innen und Kunden*innen - langweilig wird es da ganz bestimmt nicht.
