RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
SALES SUPPORT
In this role you'll assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives, you'll support in the preparation and execution of sales presentations and sales documents as well as assisting in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
Another responsibility of this role is to develop a thorough understanding of our entire product range, including clothing, accessories, and seasonal collections. Stay updated on new product launches, materials, and design features.
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
From processing orders to coordinating with various departments for timely delivery, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. With responsibilities that include handling invoicing, returns, and shipping/receiving product samples, you'll be at the heart of it all.
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
In this role, we’ll trust you with providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Managing pre-orders and in-season reorders for customers will also be responsibilities that we trust you with.
B2B ONLINE STORE
You’ll manage the development of our existing B2B online store to ensure the best customer experience, usability, and the implementation of new functionalities that will improve efficiency and boost sales. You’ll be responsible for keeping the B2B Shop up to date according to new launches and stock level.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Complete education in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Fluent in English and German; other languages are beneficial.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.195,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
