Then join our Sales Data team as an International Sales Data Specialist! Based at our Fuschl am See headquarters, you'll manage external service providers, ensure data quality, and improve efficiency. You'll also help shape the future of our customer offtake reporting, integrate new data into global systems, and collaborate closely with IT, service providers, and key markets to drive success.

ENSURE OFFTAKE DATA QUALITY
In this role, you'll be leading an outsourced team to ensure efficient and accurate data harmonization, optimizing processes to reduce lead times, and managing the delivery of high-quality offtake data through close collaboration with providers. You'll also coordinate internal and external resources to quickly address and resolve any data delivery challenges.
REPORTING INTEGRATION
You'll collaborate with the BI project manager and the Data Quality Manager to develop and maintain offtake KPIs and dimensions in line with global standards.
MANAGE THE CONSUMER OFFTAKE SERVICE
You'll work closely with the IT project manager to define system updates, test and validate new features for quality and stability, and oversee support processes to ensure optimal system performance.
CONSUMER OFFTAKE EXPERT
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a global expert in consumer offtake data, providing specialized support and guidance to markets and departments on consumer offtake reporting.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- University Degree Bachelor or Master
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken), German is a plus
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the FMCG industry working with large datasets from multiple data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, GFK, …)
- Good understanding of sales processes and sales data. Proven project management experience with strong external stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment with multiple internal stakeholders
- Ability to conceptualize and explain complex concepts in a simple way
- Strong analytical ability and a strong affinity for systems
- Methodical and process-driven approach with a performance and resultoriented attitude; hands-on, pragmatic mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data preparation- and visualization tools are preferred but not required (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Trifacta, “R”, Python, SQL)

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.303,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
