RESPONSIBILITIES

CONTENT
In this internship, you’ll have the opportunity to fully utilize your design skills. You will create digital communication content using tools like Figma, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop. Additionally, you will be responsible for the content and scheduling management of our global Digital Poster Network. Managing requests and maintaining email accounts will also be part of your duties.
INTERNAL EVENTS
Moreover, you will play an active role in internal events by supporting the team with design, content creation, and on-site assistance to ensure our events are successful.
SUPPORT
In this role, you will support our Communications Team with a variety of daily tasks. These include creating presentations, developing intranet pages and posts, as well as conducting online research for tools and best practices.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, etc.) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in the current MS Office package.
- Strong writing skills in both German and English.
- Good communication skills with internal contacts and external service providers (agencies).
- High level of self-responsibility and reliability.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Ongoing studies in design, business, or a comparable field of study.
