LEAD POSM TRACKING AGENDA
You'll lead and manage the agenda for POS Materials Tracking (Asset Tracking) and related global projects. In this role, you'll also act as an HQ expert, collaborating across teams and departments to provide top-tier support for markets and stakeholders. You'll define roadmaps, allocate resources, and coach your team to achieve strategic goals. Key responsibilities include coordinating sales applications for asset tracking, managing data collection and reporting, overseeing budgets, and driving internal communication to address challenges and share insights. By maintaining close contact with key markets, you'll identify best practices and effectively convey key messages through impactful storytelling, supporting the Global Commercial Strategy.
COMMUNICATION & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll provide exceptional support to global teams and markets within your area of expertise as well as collaborate with external agencies to develop virtual materials, connect Trade Marketing and Off Premise communities with essential resources, and manage internal communication channels. You'll be coordinating with the Global Sustainability team, enhancing data analytics with Commercial Insights and Data Science teams, and supporting markets during the business planning process. You'll be responsible for regular updates with markets, including bi-monthly calls and on-demand visits while ensuring alignment and the sharing of best practices for local Trade Marketing initiatives.
PAT APPLICATION & REPORTING MANAGEMENT
You'll lead the business requirements for systems and reports in collaboration with the Global IT Business Application team, ensuring technical structures align with business needs. You'll oversee the quality and integrity of application data, support markets in integrating POSM Tracking into their routines, and promote data usage through reports and dashboards. You'll be providing feedback, education, and ad hoc support to markets, coordinating tool rollouts for data sharing, and harmonizing POSM Tracking processes with other applications, including the End-to-End Asset Tracking Project.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- University degree Bachelor or Master
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken), German is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG industry, ideally working in the area of POS lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of Sales and Operations processes
- Solid project management and organizational competencies with proven skills in managing various stakeholders
- Affinity to manage and develop people, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Experience in working with Asset Tracking digital solutions is a plus
- Self-driven, Methodical approach with analytical mindset
- Performance and results - oriented attitude with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
- Great communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.139 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
