SUSTAINABILITY ROADMAP
In this role, you'll act as a consultant, guiding subsidiaries to decarbonize their operations in line with the global sustainability strategy. You'll also assist in implementing tailored country-specific roadmaps, considering local contexts and maturity levels. Additionally, you'll facilitate knowledge sharing between headquarters and subsidiaries, promote best practices, and develop KPIs to track progress and drive actionable insights.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND MONITORING
You'll monitor and enforce compliance with sustainability regulations (e.g. Green Claims Directive) and reporting requirements at local levels, and keep the subsidiaries informed about emerging developments.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION
In this role, you'll serve as the primary liaison, aligning priorities, addressing challenges, and fostering strong relationships across teams. You'll also prepare and deliver impactful presentations for internal and customer meetings, while ensuring sustainability-related messaging remains accurate and consistent across all communication platforms.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sustainability Management, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Fluent in English; German and additional languages are a plus
- Initial experience in a relevant business role (e.g., business administration, sustainability management, consultancy, external relations); beneficial: subject matter expertise in sustainability and regulatory compliance.
- High level of personal drive and energy, coupled with a proactive, can-do attitude that thrives in dynamic environments.
- Structured and able to demonstrable excellent project management skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel und PowerPoint

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.303,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
