Internship Automation & Process Mining

Support the Process Mining and Automation team by helping to improve business processes. This includes analyzing current workflows, finding ways to make them better, and designing automation solutions. You'll also help communicate between Business Process Owners and developers to ensure projects execution.
We are looking for a motivated talent to join our team in February/March for a period of six months.

PROCESS MINING AND AUTOMATION TOOLS
In this internship you'll learn about process mining and automation tools. You'll help analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement and/or automation. You'll also support the planning and execution of automation and process mining projects.
DOCUMENTATION
You'll organise and maintain documentation for the team.
COLLABORATION
You'll collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Previous internships or part-time jobs in related areas would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with business workflow concepts and process improvement methodologies.
- Basic knowledge or exposure to process mining (Celonis), automation tools and project planning and execution.
- Ability to analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Verbal and written communication skills to act effectively as a bridge between business process owners and developers.
- Ability to organise and maintain documentation
- Problem solving skills to identify and address process inefficiencies.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new process mining and automation tools and methodologies.
