What awaits you?

  • Design and implement strategic customer orientation projects and initiatives in order to increase customer satisfaction in the Central and Southeastern Region (CS Region).
  • Management of the overall Customer Satisfaction Program “Voice of Customer” and steering of related processes.
  • Steer and coordinate the implementation of the new Voice of Customer program together with the markets of the CS Region and Headquarter (BMW AG).
  • Improve and steer the Customer Interaction Center (CiC) setup in the CS Region.
  • Single Point of Contact for CiC quality and process management.
  • Steer the rollout of the Business Development Center (BDC) in the CS Region.
  • Design and develop CIC/BDC related processes and standards for CS Region.
  • Direct CIC and BDC provider in terms of contracting, pricing, legal regulations and processes.
  • Coordinate the Central Knowledge Management (CKM) program in the CS Region in terms of knowledge provision on selfcare platforms (Website, My BMW App / MINI App and assisted care platforms for CiC operations.
  • Develop and analyze KPIs to identify necessary measures to enhance the overall customer satisfaction.

What you should bring along?

  • Degree in business administration, business informatics or similar education.
  • Several years of experience in system rollout management on an international level.
  • Excellent project management skills to steer multiple projects with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Very good analytical skills with the ability to relate long term targets to operational necessities.
  • International orientation with the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
  • High flexibility, willingness to work and to take responsibility.
  • Hands on and self-driven attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • High level of self-organization and pro-active work approach.
  • Fluent written and spoken in business English. German as an asset.

We are looking for you as of August 2024 and a duration of indefinite period and offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 3.300 gross per month (full time basis). The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
