RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

MARKET SUPPORT

You'll support Brand Managers with local consumer activation implementation by working closely together with the local teams throughout the year in Sports and Brand Building functions as well as keep track and schedule follow ups for all Consumer Activation projects.

LIMITED EDITIONS

You'll own the Limited Edition Packaging process by mastering our internal tools and guiding countries with guidelines while you collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization for constant improvements and smooth process.

BRAND GUARDIANSHIP

You'll be managing how we communicate and show our brand to consumers, ensuring we communicate our brand beliefs and values, along with our product benefits and attributes in a relevant way for consumers globally.

ENGAGEMENT

You'll be responsible to amplify and strengthen our in-store campaigns, making sure the consumer has a genuine Red Bull experience online that is fun and engaging. You'll also be Creating tools and supporting the local teams on ensuring quality as a main focus.

POS

You'll be responsible for ensuring our visual branding is unique while staying recognizable and consistent.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• University Degree
• Fluent in english, german would be a plus
• At least 3-4 years of brand management experience with a strong understanding of the entire marketing mix
• Proficient understanding of trade marketing
• Very good project management capabilities
• Strong ability to communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds
• An open-minded, international, and entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude
• Passion for premium brand management and lifestyle brands
