Lead the MDM team in overseeing the governance, creation, and maintenance of master data across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity while driving the adoption of best practices and enhancing data management capabilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead and mentor the MDM team, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Define, implement, and enforce data governance policies, and report data quality metrics
• Develop and execute strategic plans for master data management, supporting system roll-out
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and consistent use of master data, providing training and support
• Act as a steering member of relevant master data management projects

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 

• Exam in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Relevant work experience in Master Data Management or related roles, with at least 2  years in a leadership or managerial position
• Proven track record of leading and transforming data management teams
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop team members
• In-depth knowledge of data governance and data quality management practices

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59.776,98 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
