Become part of our team as Support Owner – PALDESK Service and actively shape the future of PALFINGER’s digital service world!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing expertise in the PALDESK SERVICE area with a focus on its two core components: workshop solutions and after-sales
• Taking over 2nd-level support and actively contributing to solving complex inquiries
• Supporting the product teams through market feedback and analysis of support cases to continuously improve the PALDESK SERVICE area and increase customer satisfaction
• Defining and optimizing

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Several years of experience in IT support, process management or product support
• Completed education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or related fields
• Technical understanding, analytical and communication skills
• Passion for working with customers and innovative product teams
• Fluent in German and very good English skills

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
