Join our team as a Strategic Procurement Manager and play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing Red Bull’s indirect procurement categories, in alignment with our company's goals, you will support, manage, and optimize the procurement of selected indirect goods and services in collaboration with budget owners. With a focus on achieving the best value for money, ensuring compliance with ESG standards, and effectively managing suppliers and risks, you will enable efficient procurement practices. Additionally, you will promote procurement involvement and enhance procurement support across various indirect categories and departments.

BUSINESS PARTNERING
As a trusted business partner, you will provide insights and recommendations on strategic procurement matters to enable fact-based decision-making. Engaging actively with stakeholders, you will understand their needs, promote procurement involvement, and foster effective collaboration across departments. Maintaining regular communications with other stakeholders, such as Finance and Legal, you will align on procurement plans and collaboration efforts. You will regularly share the added value of procurement, highlighting both monetary and non-monetary benefits to all stakeholders.
STRATEGIC SOURCING
In the strategic sourcing role, you will closely liaise with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and align on strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations. Based on business needs, you will define goals, sourcing approaches, and negotiation tactics to achieve the best value for the organization. You will lead or actively participate in tender processes (Rfx), cost benchmarks, and supplier negotiations, ensuring transparent, fact-based decision-making. Utilizing procurement standards and systems, you will execute strategic sourcing initiatives effectively.
COMPLIANCE & ESG
In compliance and ESG, you will ensure environmental, social, and governance requirements are integrated into procurement processes, including strategic sourcing and supplier/contract management. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will ensure consistency and alignment of procurement activities with HQ Procurement guidelines. You will promote the importance of ESG in procurement, ensuring that all initiatives adhere to the highest standards of environmental and social responsibility.
CATEGORY MANAGEMENT
As part of category management, you will perform market research for selected indirect products and services, analyzing trends for pricing, availability, lead-time, and capacity. You will analyze spend based on the relevant category taxonomy to identify opportunities and develop procurement strategies. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will identify mid-to-long-term improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will develop and align plans for large-value or high-importance procurement initiatives or tenders in the indirect procurement space.
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
In supplier management, you will work with stakeholders to identify, qualify, and onboard suitable suppliers in accordance with internal and external requirements. You will guide departments with supplier management practices, processes, and guidelines to enable effective supplier relationship management. Participating in supplier meetings, you will promote relationship building and drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver value beyond cost savings. You will perform regular risk and performance evaluations with stakeholders, ensuring continuous monitoring.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Advanced Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- English language knowledge needs to be Business fluent, German language knowledge is nice to have.
- 4+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, supplier management, and procurement systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Familiarity with category management and Source-to-Contract processes.
- Analytical mindset, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Experience working within a sustainability framework and reporting on ESG metrics.
- Project management experience and ability to drive the delivery of procurement initiatives.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2392 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
