In the product line Wind & Marine Cranes, we are looking for a Quality Manager to support our Team in Kasern. In this role, you will improve quality standards and processes, manage deviations and collaborate with experts in projects and in advancing quality, safety and environmental standards. Furthermore, you are responsible for the Integrated Management System of Marine. If you have an understanding of processes, a structured way of working and a passion for project management, you've come to the right place.

Your responsibilities

• Support product development by applying quality tools, managing deviations, and focusing on strategic quality management initiatives
• Contribute to strategic direction and participate in release decisions in the Marine development process
• Define, optimize, and implement global quality, health, safety, and environmental management processes, while managing the Q-Circle
• Apply advanced quality management tools to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with standards throughout the Product Development Process (PDP) and product lifecycle
• Conduct training sessions to increase awareness and provide technical support for improving the claim management process

Your qualifications

• Completed training in an economical or technical field, preferably with focus on quality management
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, internal auditing or quality assurance, preferably in the industrial environment
• Expertise in working with FMEA, APQP or PPAP; experience with SAP, Power BI and HSE topics is an advantage
• Strong communicator and team player, independence and proactivity
• Fluent German and English skills; willingness to travel (20%)

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
