Logistics Specialist

We are looking for a Global Logistics Specialist to strengthen our Global Logistics Department at the international Red Bull Headquarter in Salzburg, Austria.
In this challenging position, you'll focus on managing both the transportation and warehousing of our beverages and related raw materials flows in cooperation with our 3rd party Logistics Partners and drive innovation and improvements in that field. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders of different departments, keeping an end-to-end perspective. Additionally, you'll be involved in innovative logistics projects and will support our local subsidiaries.

MANAGEMENT OF 3PL-PARTNERS
You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling international inbound and outbound deliveries while coordinating extraordinary transportation issues in collaboration with our 3PL partners. Additionally, you will plan and oversee international tenders in alignment with 3PLs and conduct comprehensive benchmark analyses of their performance. Based on these insights, you will initiate actions to enhance their service levels and efficiency.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
You will consolidate the needs and requirements of local subsidiaries, adjusting processes and the supply chain accordingly to meet these demands. By identifying and pursuing opportunities, you will enhance services for internal customers, improve process efficiency, and optimize cost structures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
PROCESS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In this role, you will manage processes and data crucial to supply chain execution within our ERP system. With a strong focus on automation, you will develop and refine processes, ensuring their seamless execution. Moreover, you will lead innovative projects aimed at enhancing business performance and optimizing the cost structure of our operations.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Up to 5 years of professional experience in Logistics / Supply Chain, preferably in an international FMCG environment
- Team player, proactivity, strong communication skills, problem solver
- An analytical mind, able to isolate key issues and plan major initiatives to minimize problems and exploit opportunities
- Willingness to learn, work and take on responsibility in a demanding and fast-changing environment
- Process orientation: holistic view of processes and experience in change management projects
- Project management skills with a definite “completer / finisher” mentality
- Very good knowledge in MS-Office, experience in SAP preferred

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
