Join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing dedicated IT services for Red Bull team sports, media and other ambitious subsidiaries. Take over the responsibility for rolling out IT security initiatives with a focus on Network, IaaS, and Cloud security and executing IT infrastructure projects in alignment with our PM standards. Additionally, you'll provide crucial management support for our Team Manager Infrastructure, including budget, finance and stakeholder management. RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
IT SECURITY MANAGEMENT
Develop and implement effective operational IT security procedures and processes, with a focus on Network, IaaS and Cloud security. Define best practices and standards that meet unique local needs, ensuring no conflict with global standards.
Contribute to development of specific security objectives for prevention, detection, response and compliance including oversight of actions, metrics and reporting.
Ensure implementation and assessment of globally defined policies and review gaps together with service owners.
Support implementing and improving effective security incident response management and further infrastructure-related security enhancements.
IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT
Operation and financial management, including vendor and contract management.
Service level management and continuous service improvement.
Demand management and service strategy development.
Relationship management with stakeholders of IT services.
Technical design, architecture and service implementation.
NETWORK MANAGEMENT
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of network infrastructure setups for existing and new locations.
Plan and steer network implementation projects.
Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues and optimizing network operations.
IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Enhance existing project management standards with IT security best-practices.
Establish IT security consulting for CP IT projects.
Execute and deliver projects in scope, in time and in budget.
Execute projects according to the Red Bull project management standards.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
University degree in Computer Science/Technology resp. equivalent IT education
A minimum of five years of experience in IT network / security management
Fluent in English
Strong ability to win people for security and to communicate the importance of security initiatives
Technical know-how about security protocols and relevant solutions across all layers from network to end-user
Technical know-how about network design, components and services
Experience in leading IT personnel
ITIL Process experience
Team player with problem-solving skills
Travel 0-10%

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.691 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
