Internship Strategic Procurement Media

Are you passionate about supporting the Strategic Procurement Media team in engaging with suppliers, managing relationships, analysing data, and driving effective decision-making and operational efficiency?
We are looking for an motivated intern to join our dynamic team to start as soon as possible for six months and contribute to key projects in data management, supplier engagement, and ESG initiatives.

DATA MANAGEMENT & ANALYSIS
In this internship, you'll help structure data sets from multiple sources and gather relevant information to support evidence-based purchasing decisions. You'll also be involved in spend and supplier analysis, providing insight for the strategic management of supplier relationships.
ESG & PROCESS INNOVATION INITATIVES
You'll support the team in driving the company's ESG strategy by assisting with due diligence processes and developing sustainable procurement practices. You'll also help identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and learn how to use procurement tools to improve operational efficiency.
PROJECT & SYSTEM SUPPORT
You'll help implement procurement systems and tools that contribute to continuous improvement efforts and navigate our existing tool landscape to retrieve internal and external data or benchmarks.
SUPPLIER & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
As an intern, you'll engage with specific suppliers and stakeholders to manage defined projects and support the team's efforts to achieve competitive pricing and quality standards. You'll also be required to attend supplier negotiation meetings, contributing to relationship building and strategic sourcing activities.
DASHBOARD & REPORTING SUPPORT
One of your tasks will be to maintain data dashboards, Power Points and rate card repositories and assist in the development of new reports as required for procurement insight. As an intern, you'll help document workflows and update process documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with departmental standards.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Skilled communicator, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Negotiation experience or willingness to learn
- An interest in project and process management
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Interest in ESG and sustainable sourcing practices
