RESPONSIBILITIES

DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL STRATEGIES AND TOOLS
You'll collaborate with top markets to implement and adapt our strategies, ensuring efficient account management and resource optimization. By leveraging existing partnerships and exploring new opportunities, you'll drive sales and expand our distribution footprint. You'll also lead critical business planning processes and ensure the successful execution of key initiatives across markets and HQ.
LEADERSHIP AND TRAININGS
You'll showcase the impact of distribution on volume and brand visibility, identify top global and regional partners, and deliver impactful workshops in key markets. As a mentor, you’ll train and coach Distribution Key Account Managers, ensuring they’re equipped to excel.
HANDS ON
You'll drive growth by identifying distribution gaps, optimizing market strategies, and expanding routes to market. You’ll work closely with top markets, tailoring global tools to local needs, setting benchmarks, and creating actionable plans. As a key leader, you’ll oversee global distribution projects, collaborate across departments, and challenge markets to achieve ambitious objectives.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics or Engineering, or the equivalent field experience
- Excellent command of English, German preferred. Other languages advantageous, but not required
- +5 years of experience in Distribution Management, preferably in the industry, with a proven track record working with Global brands across sales, marketing, and insight functions
- Project management and budgetary control as well as people management and leadership skills
- Solid & in-depth understanding of sales processes & high level negotiation with Global & Regional Distributors and wholesalers
- Strategic ability
- Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills that provide highly relevant and commercially viable strategies and processes in a clear, concise, and empowering way
- Analytical background and ability to analyse complex trends and data
- Passion for establishing new business partnerships – ability to understand the immediate implications of new route-to-market, value chain and impact on the existing business
- Successful front-line retail negotiation experience and problem-solving skills
- Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms whilst understanding cultural differences
- Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.139 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
