To complete our data & and process governance team at Red Bull Headquarters in Elsbethen (Salzburg) we are looking for an open-minded, supportive and independent personality with strong system affiliation for ERP and MDG support with special focus on SD/MM/TM and knowledge transfer activities. In this position you will help solving system/process issues, identify problems with a proactive support mindset including documentation and coordinate small system projects and process improvements.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
SYSTEM SUPPORT
In this role you will provide system support to the business within our Operations support concept. You will support the Operations departments with daily tasks including system and process issues as well as optimisation of their processes if they are not defined as project or enhancement.
KNOWLEDGE & DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT
In order to sustain knowledge transfer, you'll identify needs for training and additional documentation (e.g. Guidelines, BPPs, Manuals). Furthermore, you'll be able to update existing documentation in order to assure the availability of latest documentation, training & tools.
KEY USER MANAGEMENT & KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER
Globally, you'll check and review key user roles for Operations applications. When necessary, you'll be responsible for assigning new key users and also train them for their new role.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the SAP Supply Chain area
- Fluent in English, German skills beneficial
- University degree (business economics/information systems) or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in business application support is beneficial
- General and integrated understanding of business processes
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, result and performance oriented, team player

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,228 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
