As an Application Manager in our Global Analytics team, you will be accountable for the technical design, development, availability, and stability of financial planning-related services. You will bring consistency and high performance throughout the entire life cycle of our planning service - from development to service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate and oversee scope, budget, time, quality, and external implementation teams/partners.
- Execute projects following Red Bull project management standards and principles.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams such as architecture and business partners.
- Manage stakeholders, risks, and testing processes.
SERVICE OWNERSHIP
- Oversee the development of services within financial planning and manage the entire service lifecycle.
- Establish service strategy and define future roadmaps.
- Ensure optimal usability, performance, and satisfaction for end-users.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of applications and end-to-end business processes.
- Review and approve the architecture of services.
- Implement proper monitoring and scalability measures, while striving to enhance performance.
- Act as the escalation point for major incidents affecting the service.
- Define an appropriate support concept and manage the operational support of the service.
SOLUTION DESIGN
- Develop global planning applications.
- Coordinate IT consulting teams to create solutions using best-in-class technologies with a high degree of integration.
DATA MANAGEMENT
- Manage technical and contextual data.
- Connect business language to technical tools.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Preferably 4 years+ professional experience (senior) in BI planning area, however willing to develop strong candidates with less experience.
- Experience withing FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) environment is a plus.
- University degree in Computer Science/ Business Administration or equal practical experience.
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of SAP BW/BI/BW4HANA Integrated Planning (IP) is essential, all other database or front-end technologies a plus (SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, Tableau)
- Collaborative and proactive mindset, agility, and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Self-motivated team player, good communication skills, performance and results-oriented.
- Interest in finance planning/finance and controlling processes, data sets, reporting and analytics.
- Experience in managing projects and delivery of applications.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks, and find solutions.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.691 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
