Verantwortung für den monatlichen Supply Planning Prozess für die Region EMEA -
Abgleich der notwendigen Kapazitäten und zur Verfügung stehenden Ressourcen, in Zusammenarbeit mit den europäischen Werken und dem strategischem Einkauf -
Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des S&OP Prozesses sowie die Überwachung der Key Performance Indicators (KPI´s) zur Überwachung der Effektivität der Prozesse -
Dokumentation der bestehenden Prozesse sowie Identifizierung von weiteren Potenzialen, um den Prozess auf das nächste Level zu heben. -
Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Supply Chain Transformation

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in sustainability roles, ideally within Supply Chain Management and an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
- Proven ability to manage supply chain processes and implement sustainability initiatives.
- Strong project management capabilities, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset to identify key issues and create data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ESG regulations and sustainable logistics technologies.

Die Rolle
- Final degree (BA or higher) in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, ideally in an FMCG environment.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading initiatives.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4 is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify key issues and implement practical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams and with external partners.

Identifikation von Bedarf an Kapazitätsanpassung und Ausarbeitung von Alternativen mit den Produktionswerken und dem strategischen Einkauf -
Durchführung von nicht finanziellen und finanziellen Bewertungen dieser Alternativen und Entscheidungsaufbereitung -
Organisation, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von monatlichen Entscheidungsrunden (Make or buy Councils) -
Steuerung von ausgewählten Verlagerungen zu Lieferanten bis zur nachhaltigen Serienversorgung als Projektleiter -
Koordination und Nachverfolgung aller globalen Verlagerungen bis zur nachhaltigen Serienlieferung

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, S&OP, or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
- Basic SAP knowledge (APO, BI, R/3); experience with SAP IBP is a plus
- Advanced Excel & MS Office skills
- Strong analytical & conceptual thinking
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, process-driven mindset with a "can-do" attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum A-level or a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, or equivalent professional experience in an international order-to-cash (O2C) environment.
- Experience in the FMCG/CPG industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, JIRA, BI reports, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- A self-motivated team player with a positive mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and service orientation.
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong professional communication skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying risks, understanding complex logistics processes, and finding effective solutions.
