  • Perennial Motion Graphics Design experience.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Media or similar

  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Maxon Cinema 4D are required.

  • Up to date with the latest design trends, techniques and technologies.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to mediate creative problems effectively and creating novel solutions.
  • Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, collaborate with a team and show ownership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • 4+ years' experience of publishing content to major brand social media channels and optimising social content.
  • Exceptional understanding, experience and interest in motorsports. The ideal candidate is not just passionate about motorsport – they understand the disciplines we work with, the history and speak the language.
  • Strong ability to critically analyse social media, digital products, video consumption patterns, and social media platform algorithms.
  • Detailed understanding and awareness of social platform trends, content formats and language with an investigative mind that continually evaluates the changing environment.
  • Team-player and self-starter mentality, structured and well-organized with a passion for telling strong and authentic stories.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages not required but considered an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Good understanding of LLMs and Generative AI
  • Basic experience with Prompt engineering and prompting strategies
  • Advanced undergraduate student, post graduate student, or recent graduates (Bachelor’s / Master's degree) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python)
  • Strong interest in cloud computing and a desire to learn and grow in this field
  • Ability and courage to challenge the status quo as well as the willingness to investigate new technologies
  • Affinity for media & technology is a plus
  • Self-driven, communicative team player with a problem-solving and analytical mindset
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • 3+ years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the Media or Publishing industries
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Looker) is a plus, and willingness to learn new tools is a must.
  • Good working knowledge of social media and some associated analytics tools (e.g. Sprinklr, as well as native reporting platforms of the social networks)
  • Sharp analytical skills, with the ability to extract and analyse raw data and draw conclusions.
  • Ability to transform findings into a clear compelling story that drives positive action from the business.
  • Intellectually curious and adaptable team player with a self-starter mentality and the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are considered an asset.
Die Rolle
  • Erfahrung im Datenbank-Management und der Verwaltung von Musikmetadaten erwünscht. Genaues, systematisches und strukturiertes Arbeiten ist unerlässlich.
  • Technologisches Verständnis für digitale Workflows, insbesondere im Umgang mit Online-Datenbanken und Metadaten.
  • Musikalische Ausbildung mit einem breiten Basiswissen, idealerweise im Bereich alpenländischer Volksmusik, einschließlich Musikstile, Beschlagwortung und Terminologie.
  • Berufserfahrung in Produktionsmusik oder Fernsehproduktionen sowie ein gutes Verständnis der österreichischen Musikbranche.
  • Basiswissen in gängigen Office-Programmen wie Word, Excel und PowerPoint.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit, um gemeinsam im Team erfolgreich zu arbeiten.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of data, data modelling and data driven decisions
  • Data or media technology focused education or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Strong experience with (big) data technologies and best practices managing large datasets
  • Very good communication and organization skills
  • Proficiency with data modelling and engineering, Big Data, ETL/ELT, SQL, DDD
  • Persistent, systemic and analytical thinking with an attention to detail
  • Experience in media data setups (recommended)
