• Integration of mechanical, hydraulic, and mechatronic modules and/or subsystems throughout the entire Product Development Process until serial production, in order to perform at the complete Product level.
• Capability of leading teams of experts in the different areas of competence and integrating them into a goal-oriented cooperation: leading by knowledge, methods, and charisma not only on a hierarchical basis.
• Hands on experience and passion to engage in design to cost and value engineering & design for manufacturing and assembling.
• Hands on experience on risk analysis on concepts, and capability of defining/reviewing the V&V plan accordingly.
• Deep understanding of Norms, their evolution and their impact on product development cycle.

• Troubleshoot new or existing product problems, involving designs, materials, or processes.
• Designs, develops, and implements safe and cost-effective complex equipment and methods of assembly for all phases of manufacturing.
• Define process and methods for high volume manufacturing which includes operations method sheet, routing, and sequencing.
• Perform virtual build and create sequence of assembly.
• Perform root cause investigation and recommend corrective action for operational problems, such as material use variances, bottlenecks, fixture issues during build or manufacturing process.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes or resolve problems and follow through resolution to reduce costs, improve product quality, and cycle time. 
• Reviews and develops designs that improve product manufacturability and assembly.
• Coordinate new product builds in pilot production manufacturing partnering closely with manufacturing and product engineers.
• Create and release engineering drawings & bill of materials (BOM) using Engineering Change Management process.

• Operate in an R&D environment performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and calibrations on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, and vacuum equipment.
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous gas and liquid materials using required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams – including process development, hardware, and software engineering – on R&D activities, customer demos, and supporting equipment.
• Install and provide support for prototype equipment, developing procedures and documentation.
• Maintain alignment on priorities across tasks that vary from dynamic to consistent with clear and proactive communications.

• In your role, you will be responsible for the mechanical construction and manufacture of
  control center desks and furniture for the fire department, police, rescue services, industry, etc.

• Provide quality on-site repair, maintenance service, and complete installation/relocation start-up services of Lam’s complex electro-mechanical and electronic systems at customer sites.
• Perform analytical problem-solving, troubleshooting, conduct diagnostics, and isolate issues to the component level, and take corrective actions to minimize downtime, system interruptions, and equipment malfunctions.
• Keep up to date on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products through learning, training, and certification.
• Assist in complex field modifications and updates, maintaining records and reports to coordinate activities between Lam and the customer.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, representing Lam to our valued customers, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and create customer response action plans to support customer needs. 
• Transparently discuss opportunities and challenges with customer to increase trust.
• Provide technical instruction and mentoring for more junior engineers.
