Internship in Aftersales Business Development / Business Analytics

As an intern in the Business Development department, you will gain in-depth insights into the diverse daily operations in Aftersales and acquire valuable practical experience. You will be responsible for creating Advanced Excel tools and data automation workflows to enhance productivity and streamline business processes.

What awaits you?

• Optimize existing reports to improve performance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based automation tools using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
• Create custom dashboards and reports for data visualization and analysis.
• Utilize Power Query and Power Pivot for advanced data processing.
• Work with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Conduct regular and ad hoc analyses.
• Operational operational support in steering 12 markets in the region.

What should you bring along?

• Advanced business studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Finance.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables.
• Experience in VBA programming, Power Query, Power Pivot and Power Automate.
• Understanding of data integration and process automation in business environments.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong affinity for numbers, commitment, and a sense of responsibility.
• Analytical and structured thinking, teamwork skills, and a touch of humor.
