Job Description
Project management for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in all Porsche Holding markets
Lead the business conception phase by supporting localization iterations, data migration and the corresponding testing phases
Use synergies across different entities, countries, and brands to increase efficiency and making sure, tough project milestones are met with time and quality
Independent support and advice of the local HR experts to get the most out of the new HR solution and create added value for all employees
Coordination with international HR departments of various Volkswagen Group brands as well as external implementation partners
Support change management and training initiatives to ensure the project success
Ensuring and coordinating roll-out milestones, managing project risks and different stakeholders in steering meetings and committees
Support in the strategic planning and implementation of further digitalization projects within Porsche Holding Salzburg
Qualifications
Completed university degree in the field of economics, computer science or similar
Equivalent qualification acquired through many years of relevant professional experience and training
In-depth knowledge of project management, as well as a passion for HR and digitalization (SAP SF expertise is a plus)
You convince your stakeholders with motivation and enthusiasm, excellent communication skills and a structured as well as independent way of working
You are flexible and have willingness to travel (up to 20%)
Business English as project language is a must, German or additional eastern european languages are a plus
