Aufgaben – Dafür sorgen Sie bei uns:
  • Administration: Sie unterstützen unsere Manager:innen in allen administrativen Angelegenheiten wie die Vorbereitung von Projektunterlagen, Bearbeitung von Behördenschreiben, An- und Abmeldung der Versorgungstechnik und stellen einen problemlosen Ablauf des gesamten Projektmanagements sicher. Außerdem sorgen Sie für eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten wie Behörden, Architekten, Fachplanern, Vermietern, Projektentwicklern und Hausverwaltungen.
  • Vertragsabwicklung: Sie sind für die Abwicklung des gesamten Vertragsprozesses mitverantwortlich - von der Erstellung von Mietverträgen/Zusatzvereinbarungen bis hin zur Unterschrifteneinholung und Vergebührung.
  • Koordination: Sie sind in alle Phasen des jeweiligen Projekts eingebunden, wodurch sich ein große Aufgabenvielfalt ergibt. Neben klassischen Assistenzaufgaben wie Korrespondenz und Terminmanagement wirken Sie auch bei der Projekt- und Kostenplanung sowie der damit verbundenen Dokumentation mit, wobei Sie stets den Überblick behalten.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a steering member of relevant master data management projects

Your responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the global talent management practices and tools
  • Provide strategic consulting to our internal stakeholders while continuously deepening your expertise within best talent practices, tools, and capabilities in alignment of PALFINGER’s long-term strategy
