  • Als Teil des Steuerteams berätst du die österreichischen Gesellschaften in sämtlichen steuerlichen Fragen (insbesondere Konzernsteuerrecht, Umsatzsteuer und Verkehrsteuern)
  • Projektbezogen und laufend kannst du zudem deine Expertise im internationalen Steuerrecht sowie bei Verrechnungspreis(dokumentations-)fragen einbringen
  • Du wirkst beim Tax Reporting im Rahmen der Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses nach IFRS und im Rahmen von CbCR und der globalen Mindestbesteuerung (Pillar II) mit
  • Als Schnittstelle zu weiteren Konzernfunktionen (zB Sales, Rechnungswesen, Treasury) hast du auch mit abgabennahen Rechtsgebieten (zB Exportkontrolle) Kontakt
  • Die laufende Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung des Steuerkontrollsystems runden dein Aufgabengebiet ab.
What awaits you?
  • Be the finance point of contact for the markets incl. Cars and Motorcycles.
  • Prepare and communicate business recommendations and reports towards management (incl. management of the regional headquarter and local offices).
  • Challenge management on business activities and ensure informed decisions are being made to maximize profitability.
  • Identify pro-actively areas for financial improvement and implement measures (e.g. profitability initiatives).
  • Consolidate month end actual results, analyze Cost of Retail spend versus budget/plan, derive recommended actions, and communicate to management.
  • Analyze and approve quarterly tactical programs (Cost of Retail) from Sales and provide analysis and recommendation regarding financial impact to management in close collaboration with the team of market controllers.
  • Ensure correct bonus payouts to dealerships according to approved bonus scheme and tactical programs.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to plan the contribution margins and Cost of Retail for BMW/MINI cars & BMW Motorcycles within the official Forecast and Budget process for the entire CS region.
  • Comprehensive steering of Finance KPIs to ensure target achievement of e.g. gross profit, contribution margin or Cost of Retail.
  • Facilitate and optimize efficiency, processes and best-practice sharing across all markets of the CS Region.
  • Lead an international team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and across the wider organization (i.e. Sales, Used Cars, Financial Services).
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
  • Foster a positive team culture and promote continuous improvement.
  • Represent the team and its interests in management meetings and strategic discussions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement, ideally gained as a Controller, IT Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst or Requirement engineer
  • Profound knowledge of system-based planning and reporting tools – ideally SAP, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, Hyperion Financial Management and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront
  • Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes
  • Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You become a well-trusted finance business partner and sparring partner for our Marketing Departments. You work closely with them and support them in all financial and budget-related matters.
  • You do this driven by a service mentality and by challenging, asking questions, and giving suggestions and insights.
  • Moreover, you support the Marketing Departments in various projects and requests.
  • In this role, you help to coordinate the Business Plan/Revised Estimates with budget owners, support and challenge them on realistic planning (monthly phasing, CAPEX/OPEX, guideline compliance, etc.)
  • You take ownership of supporting subsidiaries in resolving issues and continuously improving these processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT or a related field
  • 3+ experience in IT project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
  • Experience with SAP, preferably S/4, CRM/TPM and/or BW
  • Experience within CPG industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of Jira & Confluence is a plus
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex IT systems in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders

Die Rolle

Die Rolle
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in a program/project management role with a focus on Procurement & Finance
  • Verifiable experience in managing high-impact projects and applying project management methodologies
  • Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems, as well as supply chain management.
  • Capability to communicate complex situations in straight-forward, facts-based manner to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Workfront, Confluence, and Jira to coordinate cross-functional projects
  • End-to-end Supply Chain know-how, FMCG environment preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics related
  • Fluent in English, additional languages as an advantage
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce roles, working with Global Brands (FMCG/CPG industry preferred) or market leading Pure Players, Bricks and Clicks or Quick Commerce players across sales and marketing
  • Experience in people management is strongly favoured
  • eCommerce knowledge is a must, ideally with account management/online category management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent long-term experience in procurement.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a procurement role, preferably within a fast-paced global organization.
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and a clear understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their impact on sourcing decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships on a global level.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
  • Business-fluent English skills are a must; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve order flow issues in multiple systems (e.g., ERP (SAP), OMS, Shop)
  • Oversee order book management correcting errors, ensuring efficient processing and delivery
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure open and unconfirmed orders are resolved promptly
  • Investigate and address incomplete orders, J0 orders, and backorders in Fluent
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement effective operational IT security procedures and processes, with a focus on Network, IaaS and Cloud security. Define best practices and standards that meet unique local needs, ensuring no conflict with global standards.
  • Contribute to development of specific security objectives for prevention, detection, response and compliance including oversight of actions, metrics and reporting.
  • Ensure implementation and assessment of globally defined policies and review gaps together with service owners.
  • Support implementing and improving effective security incident response management and further infrastructure-related security enhancements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance, or relevant experience in Procurement Analytics or Category Management.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to conduct data analysis and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of both strategic and operational procurement processes.
