RESPONSIBILITIES
  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with focus on supply chain management or logistics
  • Fluent in English, German is considered as a plus
  • 3+ years of professional experience in the field of (production) planning, supply chain management, or logistics.
  • Experience with SAP S4/HANA, planning systems preferably SAP IBP and master data systems (SAP MDG-M) is advantageous.
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT or a related field
  • 3+ experience in IT project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
  • Experience with SAP, preferably S/4, CRM/TPM and/or BW
  • Experience within CPG industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of Jira & Confluence is a plus
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex IT systems in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Advanced undergraduate, postgraduate or recent graduate (Bachelor's/Master's degree) in marketing or a related field

RESPONSIBILITIES

What awaits you?
  • Be the finance point of contact for the markets incl. Cars and Motorcycles.
  • Prepare and communicate business recommendations and reports towards management (incl. management of the regional headquarter and local offices).
  • Challenge management on business activities and ensure informed decisions are being made to maximize profitability.
  • Identify pro-actively areas for financial improvement and implement measures (e.g. profitability initiatives).
  • Consolidate month end actual results, analyze Cost of Retail spend versus budget/plan, derive recommended actions, and communicate to management.
  • Analyze and approve quarterly tactical programs (Cost of Retail) from Sales and provide analysis and recommendation regarding financial impact to management in close collaboration with the team of market controllers.
  • Ensure correct bonus payouts to dealerships according to approved bonus scheme and tactical programs.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to plan the contribution margins and Cost of Retail for BMW/MINI cars & BMW Motorcycles within the official Forecast and Budget process for the entire CS region.
  • Comprehensive steering of Finance KPIs to ensure target achievement of e.g. gross profit, contribution margin or Cost of Retail.
  • Facilitate and optimize efficiency, processes and best-practice sharing across all markets of the CS Region.
  • Lead an international team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and across the wider organization (i.e. Sales, Used Cars, Financial Services).
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
  • Foster a positive team culture and promote continuous improvement.
  • Represent the team and its interests in management meetings and strategic discussions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics or Engineering, or the equivalent field experience
  • Excellent command of English, other languages advantageous, but not required
  • In-depth knowledge of the Hospitality & Entertainment industry is required
  • +3 years of experience in Key Account or global F&B Management, preferably at leading image Hospitality & Entertainment groups with a proven track record working with Global F&B brands across sales, marketing and insight functions
  • Analytical background and ability to analyse complex trends and data Project management and budgetary control
  • Solid & in depth understanding of sales processes & high level negotiation with Global & Regional Key Accounts
  • Can develop specific, valuable, innovative and commercially focused strategies
  • Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms whilst understanding cultural differences and strong presentation skills that provide highly relevant and commercially viable strategies and processes in a clear, concise and empowering way
  • Passion for establishing new business partnerships – ability to understand the immediate implications of new route-to-market, value chain and impact on the existing business
  • Successful negotiation experience and problem-solving skills

  • Together with our sales team, you will plan and implement IT solutions for our control center customers.
  • You will always focus on high availability, redundancy, performance and IT security.
  • You will set up the infrastructures, plan the implementation of patches for our customers and ensure the smooth and secure operation of the control centers.

  • You are the central contact person for patch management and, together with our sales team for the successful planning and implementation of IT solutions for our control center customers.
  • In doing so, you always keep high availability, redundancy, performance and IT security in focus.
  • You will plan, coordinate and manage the implementation of patch days in our customers' IT and application landscapes of our customers.
  • In an environment ranging from classic servers (Windows and RedHat Linux) to state-of-the-art network and cloud technologies, you will ensure that patch days are carried out in a controlled manner and comply with the regulatory framework.
  • Together with the change management team, you will ensure the coordinated planning and implementation of patches and releases.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or related roles within data-driven businesses or the sports industry.
  • Experience with architecting scalable applications and Agile development environments.
