  • You play a key role in shaping our innovative communication technology products.
  • As a team player, you take technical responsibility for your agile development team, create user stories and manage the team backlog.
  • You will be in contact with stakeholders and refine customer requirements in collaboration with product management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Lead and further develop the international PLQM team, focusing on strategic quality management initiatives and the continuous improvement of products and processes
•    Actively contribute to the strategic direction and participate in release decisions within the development process of the Global Product Line
•    Define, optimize, and implement global quality and environmental management processes, while managing the Q-Circle to drive collaborative problem-solving initiatives
•    Apply advanced quality management tools and methods to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the Product Development Process (PDP) and the entire product lifecycle
•    Conduct training sessions to increase quality awareness and provide technical support to further develop and improve claim management processes

KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve order flow issues in multiple systems (e.g., ERP (SAP), OMS, Shop)
  • Oversee order book management correcting errors, ensuring efficient processing and delivery
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure open and unconfirmed orders are resolved promptly
  • Investigate and address incomplete orders, J0 orders, and backorders in Fluent

  • Together with our sales team, you will plan and implement IT solutions for our control center customers.
  • You will always focus on high availability, redundancy, performance and IT security.
  • You will set up the infrastructures, plan the implementation of patches for our customers and ensure the smooth and secure operation of the control centers.
  • You will accompany our technical project managers during customer meetings and on-site acceptance.

Your contribution
  • You will interpret customer needs and translate those into technical requirements, plan and conduct experiments, analyze data, and summarize significant conclusions based on the results.
  • You will be responsible to identify novel technology and components to support life science applications and their automation.
  • As a key member of the team, you will support the overall product development life cycle from concept phase to final release, ongoing product support and ensure compliance to formal regulations.
  • You will define and execute feasibility studies (including technical research, evaluation of technological solutions, optical design, optical simulation, image processing) in early project phases.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the global spare parts sales order process in coordination with the global service team and the regional spare parts teams

  • Develop and support the regional parts teams in parts pricing and discounts and tools (Excel & SAP) on a global level

  • Using your SAP knowledge, you will shape the process and support SAP rollouts

  • You will write process flows and training documents and be able to train people

  • Manage the master data for sales orders, pricing/discounts, and spare parts reports

  • You and your agile development team focus on the continuous improvement and maintenance of one of our versatile operations control systems.
  • You act as the "voice of our customers" in the team and are therefore in close contact with our service team and other stakeholders in order to understand and specifically address reported errors and suggestions for improvement.
  • You prioritize and manage the product backlog of errors reported by end customers.
  • As a team, you ensure that maintenance tasks and bug fixes are resolved promptly and efficiently, and attach great importance to maintaining high product quality.
  • You also plan the next maintenance releases together with the development team in coordination with your stakeholders to ensure that the resolved errors and improvements are also implemented promptly.
  • You define clear acceptance criteria for bug fixes and optimizations and ensure that these are implemented precisely by your development team.
  • Despite the focus on maintenance, you and your team are prepared to implement new features if necessary to further improve the product and increase customer benefits.
  • You proactively communicate with the other product owners to identify and resolve dependencies.

  • Operate in an R&D environment performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and calibrations on equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, and vacuum equipment.
  • Ensure safe handling of hazardous gas and liquid materials using required Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams – including process development, hardware, and software engineering – on R&D activities, customer demos, and supporting equipment.

  • Troubleshoot new or existing product problems, involving designs, materials, or processes.
  • Designs, develops, and implements safe and cost-effective complex equipment and methods of assembly for all phases of manufacturing.
  • Define process and methods for high volume manufacturing which includes operations method sheet, routing, and sequencing.
  • Perform virtual build and create sequence of assembly.
  • Perform root cause investigation and recommend corrective action for operational problems, such as material use variances, bottlenecks, fixture issues during build or manufacturing process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes or resolve problems and follow through resolution to reduce costs, improve product quality, and cycle time. 
  • Reviews and develops designs that improve product manufacturability and assembly.
  • Coordinate new product builds in pilot production manufacturing partnering closely with manufacturing and product engineers.
  • Create and release engineering drawings & bill of materials (BOM) using Engineering Change Management process.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics related
  • Fluent in English, additional languages as an advantage
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce roles, working with Global Brands (FMCG/CPG industry preferred) or market leading Pure Players, Bricks and Clicks or Quick Commerce players across sales and marketing
  • Experience in people management is strongly favoured
  • eCommerce knowledge is a must, ideally with account management/online category management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies

  • Several years of experience in managing and architecting MS Entra ID

RESPONSIBILITIES
