Your responsibilities 
  • Development, planning, production and implementation of go-to-market, event and brand concepts and campaigns to effectively communicate and promote our brand identity, values and positioning in the market
  • Leading of content and messaging creations across multiple platforms (digital, social media, print and events) to engage and inspire our target audience
  • Close cooperation with our agency and third-party network to lift our campaigns to a new level of creativity and professionalism
  • Strong collaboration with our global marketing and communications teams to ensure guidance, governance and a consistent implementation in all markets
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communication or similar
  • Fluent in English. Other languages advantageous, but not required
  • Minimum 5+ years of FMCG experience within Sales, Trade Marketing or Brand Marketing, preferably within beverages
  • Proficient understanding of POS development and production
  • Understanding of sales processes and experience working with retailers
  • Innovative, solution-oriented and creative mind-set with problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communicator with openness to understand and adapt to cultural nuances
  • Advanced Power Point skills. Experience in design suites such as Photoshop preferable but not required
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
Tasks
  • Talent Development: Designing and managing programs that develop employees’ skills, career paths, and leadership potential. This includes succession planning, training initiatives, etc.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborating with local HR/recruitment functions to establish the global standards & guidelines for identifying, attracting, and onboarding the right talent for current and future business needs.
  • Employer Branding: Building and developing a strong employer brand to attract high-quality talent and increase employee satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Overseeing processes that assess employee performance and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Retention and Engagement: Developing strategies to keep employees engaged and motivated, including initiatives for recognition, job titles, career progression, etc.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Ensuring the talent pipeline is diverse and inclusive.
  • KPI’s - Monitor and report on key talent related metrics
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable role, preferably within the POS product environment.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required; basic German is a plus.
  • Strong procurement knowledge with a solid understanding of contract management.
  • Proven expertise in managing product development projects, with experience in structured project and process management involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, global organization, demonstrating agility and adaptability.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for product analysis and reporting; experience with SAP is desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • English fluent, German skills are beneficial
  • Extensive experience and technical of Outewear, fabrics, function and treatments, bestseller shapes for menswear and womenswear
  • Strong Trend research and market research skills
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail and creativity
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • 3+ years of video production experience with a focus on YouTube content creation and gaming content production. A portfolio of creative and engaging short-form video content with a clear focus on gaming.
  • Creative and technical video production skills, with a strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing tailored to dynamic gaming content.
  • Solid understanding of the global media landscape and up to date with media trends and related issues, a story seeker who can identify stories with real media potential.
  • A genuine passion for gaming, content and social media, with a drive to produce content that resonates with diverse gaming communities.
  • Good project management skills and the ability to evaluate and give clear, constructive feedback on ideas, treatments, production, etc.
  • A team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages an advantage (e.g. German).
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in a comparable product management role, ideally within the POS product environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Strong procurement skills with basic contract management knowledge.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end product development projects and leading sustainability optimization initiatives, integrating sustainability principles into product design.
  • Experience in project and process management, with the ability to handle multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong understanding of structured project management and the ability to work cross-functionally across different departments.
  • Expertise in sustainable materials, sustainable product development, or sustainability in design.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for product analysis and reporting; experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced, global organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics related
  • Fluent in English, additional languages as an advantage
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce roles, working with Global Brands (FMCG/CPG industry preferred) or market leading Pure Players, Bricks and Clicks or Quick Commerce players across sales and marketing
  • Experience in people management is strongly favoured
  • eCommerce knowledge is a must, ideally with account management/online category management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies
  • Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and lead a multitude of internal stakeholders, including senior executive exposure
  • Understanding of cultural differences and ability to communicate effectively in/with international teams
KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve order flow issues in multiple systems (e.g., ERP (SAP), OMS, Shop)
  • Oversee order book management correcting errors, ensuring efficient processing and delivery
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure open and unconfirmed orders are resolved promptly
  • Investigate and address incomplete orders, J0 orders, and backorders in Fluent
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the gaming/esports industry
  • Experience in collaborating with event organizers in the gaming sector
  • Exceptional English skills (spoken and written + willingness to improve on demand)
  • Track record of actual execution of events
  • Strong network in the gaming/e-sports industry
