RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as HRIS specialist, preferably gained in international HR projects in an IT-interfacing HR department.
  • Knowledge and professional experiences on ideally SAP HR / SuccessFactors or another HR IT system.
  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) with focus on IT, HR or any related topics
  • Experience in project management and application maintenance for organization, ideally with regional or international scope.
  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments, including presentation and training skills.
Your contribution
  • Planning, development, optimization, and maintenance of firmware for existing and new products in the field of laboratory analysis instruments.
  • Your activities cover the entire development cycle, from the idea to the concept phase, specification, design, coding including documentation, to support and any error analysis.
  • Working in a team and in close cooperation with other disciplines such as software, electronics, mechanics, optics, or motion control.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with Digital Workplace services or a similar role.
  • Experience in managing budgets related to workplace technology, including cost planning, vendor negotiations, and expense tracking.
  • ITIL 4.0 Foundation is a plus.

  • Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (7 years) in overseeing IT infrastructure, applications and data systems, preferably in a sports performance or high-performance environment.

  • Broad understanding of IT infrastructure and application services.
  • Proficiency in IT management, including budgeting and vendor control.
  • Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts, including analytics platforms and data pipelines.

  • Sound understanding of company functions and culture, particularly within the sports performance domain.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or sustainability roles, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, and knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4 is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with a “completer/finisher” mentality and experience in change management projects.
  • An analytical mindset capable of identifying key issues and developing actionable strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting regulations, sustainability metrics, and industry best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • ITIL Certification at least Foundation
  • Proven experience in IT Service Management, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead ITSM projects and manage complex ITSM environments
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with diverse teams
  • Independent self-starter with the aim “get things done”
  • Passion for understanding the business needs, challenge those and finding innovative and pragmatic solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in a comparable product management role, ideally within the POS product environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Strong procurement skills with basic contract management knowledge.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end product development projects and leading sustainability optimization initiatives, integrating sustainability principles into product design.
  • Experience in project and process management, with the ability to handle multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong understanding of structured project management and the ability to work cross-functionally across different departments.
  • Expertise in sustainable materials, sustainable product development, or sustainability in design.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for product analysis and reporting; experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced, global organization.
